Our partner Brunel University of London  provided solutions during iQonic project for 2 use cases: Alpes Laser and Prima Electro.

In Alpes, the solution focused on the automatic wafer inspection and the models achieved accuracy of more than 91%. A user interface was built in order to accompany the prediction algorithms and facilitate their use. (Figure 1 )

In Prima, the solution focused on real-time prediction of the output power of the laser modules during the assembly process and it achieved low prediction errors of 2-4%. The low prediction errors indicate that the proposed solution yields accurate predictions for highly complex laser assembly lines, even in the early stages of assembly. Sensap built a dashboard to visualise the predictions throughout the assembly process. (Figure 2)
